Cadora

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 August 2026 · Applies to Cadora for iPhone and iPad, version 1.0.

These terms cover your use of Cadora. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you don't, don't use the app — and if you've paid, see Refunds below.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to every app bought from the App Store. Where these terms and Apple's disagree, Apple's win.

What Cadora is

Cadora is a record-keeping and reminder tool. You enter what you pay for; it stores it, reminds you before renewal dates, adds up what you're spending, and offers suggestions about what you might keep, pause, downgrade or cancel.

What Cadora is not

This matters, so it is not buried:

Your responsibilities

Premium, billing and cancellation

Cadora is free to use, with banner ads and up to 10 active items. Cadora Premium removes that cap and unlocks multiple reminders per item, advanced insights, exports, and removes ads.

Paused and cancelled items do not count toward the free limit, and nothing you have already saved is ever removed or locked because of it — if you are above the cap, your items stay yours to view and edit, and only adding a new one asks you to upgrade.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue, promise, or expedite a refund on Apple's behalf. If something in the app is broken, tell us at support@aquifer.fyi; we'd rather fix it.

Advertising

Free users see banner ads served by Google AdMob. Whether those ads are personalised depends on choices you control — see the Privacy Policy. We do not control which specific ads Google serves, and an ad appearing in Cadora is not an endorsement of the advertiser.

Your data

Cadora has no account and no server of ours. Your entries live on your device and sync through your own iCloud. What that means in detail, including the one optional network request and what Google collects, is in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update the app to keep it working with new versions of iOS. We'll avoid removing something you rely on without saying so in the release notes. If a change is material and you've bought Premium, and the change makes the app substantially less useful to you, contact us.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under the law where you live. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a reminder will always arrive on time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a charge you did not want, a subscription you meant to cancel, or a decision made on the basis of an in-app suggestion. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including, in some jurisdictions, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right your local law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes those away.

Who you are contracting with

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you reside. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
