Renewals on the calendar you already use
Not an in-app calendar tab. Cadora writes each renewal into your system Calendar, so a charge appears beside your actual plans, and it reads back only the events it created.
Cadora is a private subscription and bill tracker for iPhone and iPad. It keeps every subscription, bill, membership and free trial in one place — reminds you before you're charged, and shows what it all adds up to. No bank login. No account. No data selling.

Manual tracking, reminders and an in-app calendar are table stakes. These two aren't.
Not an in-app calendar tab. Cadora writes each renewal into your system Calendar, so a charge appears beside your actual plans, and it reads back only the events it created.
Cadora weighs what you pay against how you use it and helps you decide what to keep, pause, downgrade or cancel. The reasoning runs on your device, over figures you typed, with no bank connection required.
Four screens, in the order you'd actually meet them.
One figure for everything recurring, the income you can count on beside it, and then what's actually next — renewals and pay dates in one list, with anything that needs attention flagged where you'll see it.
See what renews and when, then let Cadora write those dates into the system Calendar you already use — so a charge shows up next to your actual plans rather than only inside an app you have to remember to open.
Money in, money out and what's left, then the detail behind it — by category, by trend, by cadence, and what crept up in price. Enough to decide what to keep, pause, downgrade or cancel, worked out on your device from figures you typed.
Face ID or a passcode on the app, iCloud sync across your own devices, export whenever you want it. There is no Cadora server, so there is no sign-in or Cadora password to expose.
We run no backend, no user database and no login, so there is nowhere for what you track to arrive.
Every permission, third party and retention period is set out in the Privacy Policy, including the two things that do leave your device, named plainly.
The free tier tracks up to 10 active items, with banner ads. Paused and cancelled items don't count toward it, and if you're already above the cap nothing is taken away: every item stays visible and editable, and only adding a new one asks you to upgrade.
Premium lifts the cap and adds multiple reminders per item, the advanced insights and forecast, CSV and PDF export, and removes ads. Monthly and yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions; lifetime is a one-off purchase that never renews.
Cadora is a record-keeping and reminder tool, not financial advice. It can't see real charges, verify a price, or cancel anything for you — and because reminders are local iOS notifications, the system can delay or drop them. Don't rely on it as your only safeguard against an unwanted charge.
Purchases are handled by Apple. See the Terms of Use for billing, cancellation and refunds.
