Cadora

Never get surprised by a renewal again.

Cadora is a private subscription and bill tracker for iPhone and iPad. It keeps every subscription, bill, membership and free trial in one place — reminds you before you're charged, and shows what it all adds up to. No bank login. No account. No data selling.

For iPhone and iPad · iOS 18 or later · 36 translated locales

Cadora's dashboard: $189.97 of recurring money out this month, $5,700 of income, and an upcoming list mixing renewals such as Spotify and iCloud+ with incoming salary and rent.

Two things other trackers don't do.

Manual tracking, reminders and an in-app calendar are table stakes. These two aren't.

Renewals on the calendar you already use

Not an in-app calendar tab. Cadora writes each renewal into your system Calendar, so a charge appears beside your actual plans, and it reads back only the events it created.

Knows what's worth cancelling

Cadora weighs what you pay against how you use it and helps you decide what to keep, pause, downgrade or cancel. The reasoning runs on your device, over figures you typed, with no bank connection required.

A ledger, not a fintech dashboard.

Four screens, in the order you'd actually meet them.

Dashboard: this month's recurring money out, total income, and what is coming up — renewals and income together, in date order.
01 / 04

What's going out, and what's coming in.

One figure for everything recurring, the income you can count on beside it, and then what's actually next — renewals and pay dates in one list, with anything that needs attention flagged where you'll see it.

Grouped by month, and on your real calendar.

See what renews and when, then let Cadora write those dates into the system Calendar you already use — so a charge shows up next to your actual plans rather than only inside an app you have to remember to open.

Renewals grouped by month.
03 / 04

Where the money actually goes.

Money in, money out and what's left, then the detail behind it — by category, by trend, by cadence, and what crept up in price. Enough to decide what to keep, pause, downgrade or cancel, worked out on your device from figures you typed.

Insights: money in, money out, net, and charts.

No account, and nothing to hand over.

Face ID or a passcode on the app, iCloud sync across your own devices, export whenever you want it. There is no Cadora server, so there is no sign-in or Cadora password to expose.

Settings: appearance, language, Premium, and the security section with the app passcode.

What it tracks, and what it does with it.

Tracks Subscriptions, bills, memberships, instalments and free trials, on any billing cycle, in any currency, organised by category.
Reminds Local notifications before every renewal, and before a free trial converts. You choose how far ahead. They work offline; no server is involved.
Shows Money in, money out and what's left, by category, by trend and by cadence, plus what quietly went up in price.
Reaches Home-screen widgets for the monthly total and next renewals, Face ID or Touch ID app lock, and iCloud sync across your own devices.

There is no Cadora server.

We run no backend, no user database and no login, so there is nowhere for what you track to arrive.

No account Nothing to sign up for, so there is no Cadora profile or password to expose.
Your iCloud Entries sync through Apple's private CloudKit database for your Apple Account. We hold no copy and no credentials.
On device The advice about what to cancel is computed on your phone, from figures you typed, with no cloud model and no inference server behind it.
Ads Nothing you type ever reaches an advertiser — no item names, amounts, categories or notes. Free users see a banner served by Google AdMob; Premium removes ads and is asked for no consent at all.
Diagnostics Crash and performance reporting stays off until you agree to it, carries nothing you typed, and is tied to no identity we hold.

Every permission, third party and retention period is set out in the Privacy Policy, including the two things that do leave your device, named plainly.

What the free version includes.

The free tier tracks up to 10 active items, with banner ads. Paused and cancelled items don't count toward it, and if you're already above the cap nothing is taken away: every item stays visible and editable, and only adding a new one asks you to upgrade.

Premium lifts the cap and adds multiple reminders per item, the advanced insights and forecast, CSV and PDF export, and removes ads. Monthly and yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions; lifetime is a one-off purchase that never renews.

Cadora is a record-keeping and reminder tool, not financial advice. It can't see real charges, verify a price, or cancel anything for you — and because reminders are local iOS notifications, the system can delay or drop them. Don't rely on it as your only safeguard against an unwanted charge.

Purchases are handled by Apple. See the Terms of Use for billing, cancellation and refunds.
